Canadian Friends of Tel Aviv University Presents:

Move over Stephen Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, and Quentin Tarantino. Exciting new talent is emerging from Israel and Tel Aviv University’s Department of Film and Television, winning Oscar Nominations and Awards from the world’s most distinguished International Festivals.

The REEL Israel Festival will introduce the Montreal public for the first time to four of these outstanding, prized Tel Aviv University student films:

Geller’s Roads is riveting and has won 24 prestigious awards – the highest number ever recorded internationally for a student film; Tavger’s Pinchas is moving and delightful; Prudovsky’s Dark Night throws audiences into a state of gripping suspense; and Ben Ariah’s Second Watch exacts laughter and inspires hope.
